Channel Partner
Channel Partners has to represent TohraBazarBusiness (TB2) in cities and town. They will have to appoint resellers and promote the sale and took after the interest of TB2 in their designated area.
- Channel Partners will also be allowed to sale the listing.
- Channel Partners will be paid 10% of total net taxable sale of reseller appointed or Referred by him and their own sale as commission
- Channel Partners will have to readdress all the queries and difficulties of all customers and resellers of TB2 of their area on behalf of TB2.
- TB2 has right to appoint multiple channel partners in one city or town.
- TB2 has right to remove the channel Partners at any time by given 1 month prior Notice.
Requirement to become Channel Partners
- Person already engage in advertisement, Business Promotion or Digital Marketing business will be preferred.
- Person has the office at approachable location in city or town.
- Person has GST Registration will be preferred.
Document Required
- For Company copy of Incorporation certificate /Company PAN Card /GST Registration Certificate/Authorized Director Aadhar No. and copy of Aadhar Card Front and Back
- For Proprietor-Copy of PAN Card /GST Registration Certificate/Authorized Di Adhar No. and copy of Aadhar Card Front and Back
Payment of Commission
- Will be paid monthly by bank transfer only up to 15th of next month. TDS @ 5% has to be deducted as per Income Tax provisions.
- For all the dispute jurisdiction Shall be Jhansi
